Day 15 -- Monday

Worked at home, so didn't ride my bike, but did lift weights at least.

Warm up (skating style exercises)
Lifted weights (deadlift, db bench, db military press, one-arm row, lat pulldown, plank and other core exercises)

Breakfast: cereal with soy milk
Snack: crumpets with margarine and jam
Lunch: stroganoff with wholemeal linguine (homemade)
Snack: smoothie
Dinner: schnitzel burger
