Day 36 -- Monday

Rode bike to and from work (14 mi total)
Lifted weights
- front squat
- stiff-legged deadlift
- bench press
- overhead press
- bent-over row
- lat pulldowns
- plank and other core exercise

Breakfast: crepes with cinnamon and whipped "cream"
Lunch: bibimbap
Snack: brownie
Dinner: whole wheat noodles, soy sauce, 'chicken'-style strips
