Rode bike to and from work (14 mi total)
Lifted weights
- deadlift
- good morning
- db bench press
- db military press
- one arm row
- lat pulldown
plank and other core exercises

Breakfast: smoothie
Lunch: veggie burger and fries
Dinner: dumplings, spring rolls, mystery dish with rice, apple pie with ice cream
