Day 21 -- Sunday

I have been really bad and haven't been posting every day, which means I am forgetting what I have eaten. I can remember the exercise part, but not all of my food. I'll try to remember what I can, but there will be lots of missing bits.

Roller derby practice (3 hrs)

Breakfast: smoothie
Lunch: ?
Dinner: ?
